Saigon Combat Unit is a sideways scrolling game in a similiar mould to Green Beret, and was a budget release due from Zeppelin games. A C64 version is assumed, but we are awaiting confirmation that a C64 conversion was not vapourware.
The game got a mixed reception on both the Spectrum and Amstrad, so it might not necessarily be something great to look forward to if a C64 version was done. Question is, was there a conversion? and if so, who was doing it?
We hope to track down some ex-Players people at somepoint and ask them nicely if they know anything about this particular conversion.
