a lot is known about this game brought to my attention by Jazzcat....
By
the sounds of it, this System 3 game
was to be a modernised Tron clone.
Not
much else is known, apart from that it was never released...and
never finished.
More
information needed on this game, as this was purely a snippet
of news with no background.
